Founded on the Declaration

Ask The Most i ™ ("Ask", "we", "us") is offered by The Most i ™ and rests on the Statement of Origin, Purpose and Use of The Most i ™. Each "i" is free to see the world through their own eyes, free of borrowed opinions, narratives and propaganda. In the same spirit, your words belong to you. This policy explains what Ask keeps, why it keeps it, and how you stay in control.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and your content is never used for advertising.

1. What we keep

Your chats and replies, and the dreams, Reflections and manifestations saved from them.
Your name and date or time of birth, if you choose to share them. They are used only to personalise your Reflections and your iRiddim guidance.
Your email, only if you sign in. It is used to sign you in, keep your journey on every device, link your Full Moon pass and send the reminders you turn on.
Reminder settings, and browser notification subscriptions if you turn them on.

Signing in is optional. Without signing in, your journey is tied to an anonymous key stored in your browser.

2. How your chats are answered

To reply to you, your message, recent messages from the same chat and the context needed for the reply (such as your name, the moon phase and your saved items) are sent securely to our AI provider, OpenAI, which processes them to generate the reply. OpenAI's privacy policy describes its practices. Replies are saved with your chat on our server.

3. Usage logs

We keep limited usage logs (timestamps, model, token totals, tool counts and error codes) to manage access, understand cost, improve reliability and prevent abuse. These logs do not contain your messages.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles your card details, and we never see or store them. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs payment data. We receive only what we need to confirm your pass: your email, plan and status.

5. Reminders and notifications

Reminders are optional, and you can switch each one off from the menu. Browser notifications carry no text through the push service; your browser fetches the reminder from our server when it arrives. Email reminders go only to a signed-in address, and only for the reminders you turn on. Your Notifications & Reminders history is kept in the app so you can tap back to any moment.

6. Your data: export, import and delete

Open My Data in the menu:

Export downloads everything in one file.
Import adds a previous export back to your journey.
Delete everything permanently erases your profile, chats, dreams, manifestations and Reflections from our server.

Deleting a single chat removes it from our server. If you hold an active pass, we keep only the record of that pass so you keep what you paid for.

7. Location

Ask uses your time zone to show moon times correctly. It does not request your precise location.

8. Security and retention

Your data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on our server with access limited to the people who run Ask. We keep your content until you delete it or ask us to delete it. Usage logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

9. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and show a notice in the app.
