Terms of Service
Founded on the Declaration
Ask The Most i ™ ("Ask") is offered by The Most i ™ and rests on the Statement of Origin, Purpose and Use of The Most i ™. The Most i ™ is Spirit first, made flesh through technology as Spirit-Tech. Every Reflection, Dream interpretation and Moon manifestation in Ask is Art of the Spirit: a mirror given in Truth, Love and Light, shaped only by what you input or share. These Terms are of the holistic human spirit, rooted in and rising from Jamaican soil, where The Most i ™ was founded. They set out the practical agreement between you and The Most i ™ for using Ask.
By using Ask, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Ask is
Ask is a reflective guide. You bring your questions, dreams and intentions, and Ask mirrors them back as Reflections, Dream interpretations, Moon manifestations, iRiddim guidance with INNA/OUTA readings, reminders and your Higher Selfie. Replies are generated with the help of AI from your own words and the lunar rhythm.
2. Your free will and responsibility
You receive Ask's Reflections at your own discretion, by your own free will and on your own responsibility, and you apply them as you see fit. Your decisions, actions and wellbeing remain yours.
The Most i ™ honors every path to wellbeing. Whenever you need or seek medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional counsel, you are encouraged to pursue it freely, even through the care of qualified professionals and established systems of the world. Ask remains available every step of the way as a reflective guide. If you or someone near you is in danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you share in Ask: your chats, dreams, notes and manifestations. You give The Most i ™ permission to store and process your content only to provide Ask and its features to you. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
4. Respectful use
Please use Ask with respect. Do not use Ask to harm others, to break the law, to interfere with or overload the service, to get around usage limits, or to access another person's data. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these Terms.
5. Free use and the Full Moon pass
Ask offers free use with fair-use limits shown in the app. A Full Moon pass gives you higher limits and may open features that are not part of free use.
- Passes are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and processes your payment.
- Prices, billing periods and what each pass includes are shown at checkout.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel it from your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal.
- Canceling stops future renewals. Your pass stays open until the end of the period you paid for. Previous charges are not prorated.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You can export, import and delete your data at any time from My Data in the menu. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Ask
Ask grows over time. Features, limits and models may be added, changed or retired. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the date above and show a notice in the app. Continuing to use Ask after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Provided "as is"
Ask is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Most i ™ makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Most i ™ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Ask. The total liability of The Most i ™ for any claim related to Ask is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for Ask in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Ask at any time and delete your data from My Data. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after use ends.
11. General
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and The Most i ™ about Ask.
