Ask The Most i ™ is offered by The Most i ™ and rests on the Statement of Origin, Purpose and Use of The Most i ™. Every exchange is meant to be given in Truth, Love and Light, and that includes how we handle payments. This policy explains how Full Moon passes are paid for, canceled and refunded.
1. Who processes payments
Full Moon passes are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and any refund, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Digital service
A Full Moon pass opens digital features as soon as it is provided, so sales are final once the pass has been delivered. We review refund requests for duplicate charges, for a pass that was not delivered, or for a technical problem we cannot fix. Refunds are also issued wherever the law or Lemon Squeezy's policies require them.
3. Canceling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals, and your pass stays open until the end of the period you paid for. Previous charges are not prorated.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We reply as soon as we can. If a refund is issued, the pass it paid for ends.
